The studio apartments ‘Elfer’ are located in the Residence and are composed of a double bed, kitchenette, dinner table with a large corner bench, bathroom with shower/bathtub. The balcony provides a view over the Sesto Sun Dial mountain.

The studio apartments ‘Einser’ are located in the Dependance and are composed of a doube bed, kitchenette, dinner table with bench, bathroom with shower. The balcony provides a view over the Sesto Sun Dial mountain.

The studio apartments ‘Helm’ are located in the Dependance and are composed of a double bed, kitchenette, dinner table with bench, bathroom with shower. The balcony provides a view over the Helm / Monte Elmo mountain.

Yes, we heartily welcome your friends with four paws. We will take care of the necessary cleanliness and hygiene in each apartment. We will charge € 5/day for that.
In some Residence apartments there is space for up to 3 people. However, for a fourth person to fit into one apartment seems almost impossible. If you are more than 3 people, we would ask you to reserve a second apartment.
No, on the contrary, we encourage you to travel by public transport. Furthermore, the use of public transport in the whole region of South Tyrol is free for all guests staying with us anytime between December – April. For more details on free public transport please check the tab Rates & Services.
To get here take the train to Innichen-San Candido and from there take the bus to Sexten/Moos (Sesto/Moso) and get off at the stop “Moos Kirche (Moso Chiesa)”. From there it only takes you some steps uphill to reach us. When you arrive at the Residence Nordik you will also find hiking trails and slopes of the 3 Zinnen Dolomites ski resort reachable within walking distance.

Yes, you have the possibility to park your car in our garage. We charge € 5/day for that. However, parking spaces in the garage are limited and they are given on a First Come, First Served basis.
The Residence is the main building with the majority of apartments. The Dependance is the neighbouring building with fewer apartments which can accommodate up to two people. The prices vary slightly between the two buildings, for further details click here.
