About us

The history of the Residence Nordik starts in the small town of Sesto Moso, in South Tyrol, in the heart of the Italian Dolomites.  Johann Holzer opens a small shop with sporting goods next to the St.-Joseph’s-Church. He names the shop Alpe Sport Holzer The shop goes well, so he decides to build the RESIDENCE NORDIK in the beautiful street Via Hocheck. The RESIDENCE NORDIK welcomed its first guests in 1980.

The family business has been run successfully with a lot of passion and interest and was expanded in 1993 by the Dependance next door. We know the importance of hospitality and hope you feel well in our house.

A warm welcome is given also by our dachshunds Udo, occasionally enjoying himself as a security, and Eddie, also (almost) always being vigilant (see images). No matter from which part of the world you come from and what your customs are, we want you to enjoy our place and destress from your daily routine.
